For what purpose you want this. Is this need for any potency test or for efficacy?

Determination of a tissue's (mouse myeloperoxidase) MPO content is widely used to quantify the degree of neutrophil infiltration. Currently the most-commonly used method for assaying this enzyme is an enzymatic assay, which is susceptible to inhibition. Organs such as kidney and liver contain large amounts of such inhibitors. The new Mouse MPO assay is based on an ELISA immunoassay consisting of highly specific anti-MPO antibodies. This method is not influenced by tissue enzyme inhibitors and is therefore a reliable, rapid and simple tool for quantifying neutrophil infiltration in mouse tissues. The assay can be used for quantifying MPO in plasma such as after lipopolysaccharide administration, during inflammatory processes, and in vitro release of MPO by neutrophils
