Hi there,
I had a friend couple of years ago who used to use
Glucose-free McCoy’s 5A Medium. He did some thing with Human Brest carcinoma cells if I can recall.
I checked and found that Sigma got couple of different McCoy’s 5A Mediums.

Most of the big companies offer glucose free variants of popular media, or even glucose amt variants (high and low glucose DMEM and RPMI for instance). IMDM should also be available from them, either ready-to-use, or a dropout medium formulation that you can prepare.

Hi
keep in mind that you need special fcs. Dialyzed fcs is required because of traces of glucose in the fcs
