hello,I'm using Iscove's modified dulbecco's medium in cell culture and I like to study my cell with and without glucose...So does anyone know - or have tryed -a glucose-free medium in cell culture?Thks
Hi there,I had a friend couple of years ago who used to useGlucose-free McCoy’s 5A Medium. He did some thing with Human Brest carcinoma cells if I can recall.I checked and found that Sigma got couple of different McCoy’s 5A Mediums.Guy
Hikeep in mind that you need special fcs. Dialyzed fcs is required because of traces of glucose in the fcsRegardsTiffy
