I wanted to know which is the best Reverse transcriptase (AMV-RT, MMLV-RT or SS) to use RNA primers for making the cDNA. I have a standard RNA template though.

Yes, but was wondering if anyone has had experiences with specifically RNA primers for cDNA construction, and NOT DNA primers....thanks...
