Hi all,
I am trying to find a free share ware of an Image analysis software.
Found couple like the Image J and also JMicroVision but either I do not know how to operate it correctly or they just are not capable to do what I would like them to do.
few years ago I have used ImagePro Analysis and it was great. Now I cant use it as it costs money which I have not got. So If someone know one of the above software or know something else please let me know.

What are you trying to accomplish with this software and Mac or PC?

For a PC.
Need to do area measurements but also needs to to a bit work with threshold.
Got a muscle slice and I need to measure the fascie/septa (white) and the muscle (red) and make a % of Fascie to muscle area
