Hello Friends,
I am planning to grow microbes on a hydroxyapatite disc. Further I want to recover the viable microbes after couple of days. Please could you suggest me as to how can i recover my sessile microbes so that i could count the number of viable microbes in my solution.
Also, any suggestions as to how can i go about measuring the viable microbes after microbiciday treatment will be greatly appreciated.
Thanking you in advance.
Sincerely,
P
