Hi,

I'm trying to find where I can buy mouse PBMC, BM, Lymphocytes in the USA. I have a supplier of human cells, but not mouse. I may just need to use splenocytes, which are a lot easier to gather myself, but not ideal for my needs. I tried Googling, and I did find 3H Biomedical in Europe, but they seemed very expensive.

Thanks,

Amtekoth

I haven't come across a source for mouse T cells/macrophages etc. However, depending on what you want to do with it, you can get both normal and activated (by a variety of agents) mRNA from many suppliers.
The National Disease Research Interchange (NDRI) handles many normal human tissues/cells,but as far as I know, not for mouse cells - check anyways (ndri.org?).
Your best bet is to just get spleen/bone marrow out of a mouse, and run Miltenyi MACS columns or RnD coated glass bead columns for your desired cell types (T cells, macs etc, both positive and negative selection). There are a bunch of detailed protocols here.

If you still need these, Harlan (the mouse/rat, feed etc people) supplies a whole bunch of mouse tissues - including spleens (cat# RSS 515), thymus (RSS 519) etc- probably unsuitable for any kind of functional assays, but you may want to contact them directly about PBMCs - They do supply whole mouse blood too (RSS 581).
