Hi,

I'm trying to stain for phospho-p38 in neuronal tissue, but it doesn't work. Does any have a protocol and what can I use as a good positive control.

Thanks :)

Check these papers for the protocol

1. da Silva J., Pierrat B., Mary J.L., Lesslauer W. (1997) Blockade of p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase pathway inhibits inducible nitric oxide synthase expression in mouse astrocytes. J. Biol. Chem. 272 28373–28380.

2. Miyazawa K., Mori A., Miyata H., Akahane M., Ajisawa Y., Okudaira H. (1998) Regulation of interleukin-1ß induced interleukin-6 gene expression in human fibroblast-like synoviocytes by p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase. J. Biol. Chem. 38 24832–24838.
