I tried to perform the measurement of the MPO in organs which is an index of neutrophils infiltration (Kidney, liver...) but I was not able to generate a coloration.

Does anyone have a clear protocole which works, and with clear dose of HTAB and H2O2 to add. The dilution to do and the way to measure (cuvette in spectro)
