Hi,
I would like to use a drug to treat a disorder in an animal model. For that i have confused that whether the drug is good one or not.
I would like to say that we all forum scientists have enough confidence on you that you have selected good drug only.

Anybody can help me to know about that?
We every can help you by saying that, yes your selected drug is good enough.

Is there any special tools to know that?
In this case the special tool is our sixth sense.

A good drug should possess what criteria?
A good drug should be statistically significant at treatment side in comparison to its reference or control.

In what concentration should i give it first time to animal?
You should use the therapeutic dose first and then in multiple of it.

And i wish to know about that drug in literature. Please help me....
We all commonly use Google and PubMed to see that drug literature.

Sorry if I hurt you but my intension was only fun.

By looking this answer you also will agree that there is no relevant information provided by me although I can claim that I have provided your all answers.

We all are scientist and here we are together for solving each others’ problems, so don’t try to hide unwanted information. I can understand that confidentiality should be maintained due to company interest but anyway you can mention disease name, mechanism of action of that particular drug, in which species and strain you would like to conduct the experiments. This will help you only to solve your problem.

Hi,

I had a big laugh for your reasonable funny answer. The drug of my interest is 6,7-DIMETHYLESCULETIN. I would like to give this drug to mouse to know whether it has immunosuppresive activity. In what concentration, should I give it to animals?

I want to know the effect of this drug on reproduction. I hope these details are enough for scientists to tell a good answer. May I expect answer from you?
