I am interested in finding a fast acting protein synthesis inhibitors for cell culture studies. I am familiar with some inhibitors (anisomycin, cycloheximide), but these are slow for uptake by cells. I want to use a fast-acting inhibitor for B cell culture that are treated with TLR ligands. The idea is to prevent any protein synthesis during the treatment. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
