Dear All I made bilaterally ovariectomized rats and let them to stay 3 months, i.e. osteoporosis originated and increased due to the lack of estrogen.... but I measure ALP in their plasma and I found it higher than control... what does this mean? I am sure of my surgery technique to remove ovaries completely....but I am so confused about this.... Is there anybody have an idea about this I hope anyone can help me....
