Dear All
I made bilaterally ovariectomized rats and let them to stay 3 months, i.e. osteoporosis originated and increased due to the lack of estrogen....
but I measure ALP in their plasma and I found it higher than control...
what does this mean?
I am sure of my surgery technique to remove ovaries completely....but I am so confused about this....
Is there anybody have an idea about this
I hope anyone can help me....
