I am working with an organization interested in manufacturing and sale of lateral flow test for infectious diseases, cardiac markers and diabetic markers.
I suppose there are two components. ONe is the equipment and the other is actual test manufacturing.
Are there any patent/IPR/licensing infringement issues while manufacturing the test?? If yes, how to deal with them??
I am a novice and really do not know much about these issues. Please enlighten me about this.
