I like to know if I could use my amplifier (HEKA EPC-9 Pulse software) for intracellular recording with the organ tissue (heart), not isolated cell, using glass microelectrode.

Does anyone know is it possilbe? Or should I have a setup for classical glass microelectrode for intracellular recording?
