The function of an abundant protein of Singapore grouper iridovirus was explored in grouper embryonic cells by Morpholino antisense knockdowns.

Wang F, Bi X, Chen LM, Hew CL. ORF018R, a highly abundant virion protein from Singapore grouper iridovirus, is involved in serine/threonine phosphorylation and virion assembly. J Gen Virol. 2008 May;89(Pt 5):1169-78.
