Hi,
In certain immune cells in a specific geneticaly manipulated mice I am observing elevated amounts of Active caspase 3 & also higher BrdU incorporation at the same time, compared to the same cells from an unmanipulated mice. Also these cells are less in number in the manipulated mice compared to their number in the unmanipulated ones. Can anybody suggest some literature explaining this apparently paradoxical event.
