clear bottom MatriPlates.

Spokane, WA - MatriCal Inc. is now offering low volume 384 and 1536 clear bottom MatriPlates a cost effective solution for your laboratory designed to reduce tissue culture demands by seeding as few as 500 cells per well. Working volumes for the 384 plates are 40 and 70uL respectively, in half height (10.4mm) and standard height (14.35mm) formats. 1536 working volumes are 6uL and 10uL, also in half height and standard height formats. Applications include FIS, FCS, Nephelometry and cell-based assays for all scanning and confocal imagers.
Clear bottom MatriPlates exhibit superior flatness (+/- 50micron) allowing faster read times and are scratch resistant, a substantial advantage over plastic bottom plates. Viewing options include 0.72mm thick glass, 0.17mm cover slip glass, UV-transparent quartz, and bottomless. All plates are delivered sterile and can be ordered with collagen, poly-D-lysine, streptavidin, poly-hema or fibronectin coatings. Super-coated, a combination of collagen and poly-D-lysine, and multi-coated test plates are also available for assay optimization.
