Hi,

I need to buy an ELISA plate reader with both Absorbance and Fluorescence detector. Could you please suggested me some good models? and price range if possible.

Where are you located?
I've used a bunch of them over the years, with the current ones being machines from BMG Labtec and GE. A variety of other companies, including Perkin Elmer, Molecular Devices, Shimadzu and others also make these readers - the choice will depend a lot upon the presence of a good local distribution agent.
