Have seen several published methods for cleaning validation --any recommendations or experience with the riboflavin/uv light method?

Hi Jim: I am sure your referring to Bioprocess Cleaning System - chemical inactivation (rinsate)and physical identification (surface) of biologically active molecules. By UV method we can not reach every corner of participating parts. Therefore we also need to introduce other cleaning procedure like introductin of detergent and identification techniques like swab specially from the critical areas in any given unit. We must establish that system is PERFECTLY cleaned and well below toxic level or therauptic daily dose or acceptace criteria. Cleaning validation is complicated. However, step by step procedure will make your documentation easy.
