This conference brings together the top players, experts and decision makers to inform about latest developments, opportunities and challenges and to brainstorm and discuss in an interactive environment the most pressing topics related to the task of moving kinase inhibitor based drugs into clinical studies and beyond.

Topics to be Discussed:

* efficacy
* safety evaluation
* selectivity
* pharmacokinetics
* mechanism of action
* challenges of clinical trial set-ups
* case studies of compounds in clinical trials success and failureallosteric inhibitors
* arising mutations
* resistance
* combination therapies
* issues and recommendations for approvals of kinase inhibitors
* new therapeutic scopes - beyond oncology

If you would like to give a presentation at this meeting, please click here to submit a title and brief (3 5 sentences) summary on your recent work in the area of Kinase Inhibitors in Clinical Studies.All proposals are subject to review by the scientific advisory board to ensure the overall quality of the conference.
