I have a problem, I had left DNA samples in room teprature for 5 days and now I wonder if they are degradated or not. I want to know what happens if we store DNA in room temperature?

run a gel and check it out.
I have tried 1 day, and the DNA was ok, not sure about 5 days

Thanks for answering my question. the samples are ok and were amplified in PCR reaction
