Does anyone here using StemPro34 medium? Is the nutrient supplement aqueous-like or very viscous. After adding the nutrient supplement, does the medium becomes turbid?

I haven't used it, but that doesn't sound correct. It should be clear and aqueous.

Where you adding methyl-cellulose instead of nutrients, as for a colony assay?
