I am looking for a book or a reference regarding mouse lymphatic system with pictures. I need to see locations of lymph nodes. I would appreciate if someone has a protocol for lymph nodes removal after immunization.

Are you looking for any specific lymph nodes? If not, the following can be fairly easily removed - use iris scissors and curved point forceps for the actual dissection. Remember that post-immunization, the draining lymph nodes will be greatly enlarged, making dissection easier.

In increasing level of difficulty, the inguinal, axillary, brachial and mesentric lymph nodes can be obtained - these will combined give you a few tens of millions of cells from a single mouse (60+ million, after teasing and mesh filtering - specific subpopulations can be obtained by C' mediated depletion, or magnetic bead based protocols).

Did not find a book, but can perhaps draw it out for you if any other resource cannot be obtained.
