I am looking for a protocol to study and separate a complex protein mixture by independent parameters of isoelectric point and molecular weight.

I think that I need to do this by two dimentional gel electrophoresis method. Does anyone have a good protocol?

hi roudi,
to do 2d electrophoresis needs some practice, an exhaustive treatment of this subject is found on Angelica Grg's website:

check the manuals link
bye, kalman
