Just a couple of days ago I was looking for a Fluorochromes Database in order to design a triple staining and needed to choose for couple of secondary ab that I got.
I found this data base which helped me a lot and I hope it will help all of us.

Here is a link to another site with numerous dyes that I've used as a resource in the past. (this one is not commercial) Hope it's helpful to others as well.

Here's another one I find very helpful for IF microscopy:

and this one for FCA:

For the multiple fluorescent staining experiment design I found Zeiss's Fluorescence Dye and Filters Database very useful and user friendly.

It allows to review single dyes emission and excitation wavelenghts in "Overview dyes" section or check which filters will work with your dyes in "Overview filter sets".

The most visual part of the Database is the "Interactive Fluorescence Dye and Filter Database" that allows to input up to three fluorescent dyes and review whether the dyes of your choice are separated enough spectrally and there is no bleed-through.
