Hi,
I'm trying to amplify a 1.7 kbp region of the genome of B. xenovorans. I designed a couple of oligos that seem right to me but I only get a band of 500 pb. I tried with diferent mT and diffentent ammounts of oligos, but I still can't gen my band, any idea?

What polymerase are you using? Are you performing long-PCR?
