I am sure all of us can relate to this:
"Keeping the long-term goals in sight is crucial to drug discovery and development, whether the setting is academic or industrial. "I think stamina is a very important aspect," says Jerry Skotnicki, who directs chemical and screening science at Wyeth in Pearl River, New York.
