I know about a platform offered by Invitrogen called Z-LYTE kinase assay. the detection method relies on the proximity of two fluorescent dyes. Does anyone know about this kit and others available in the market?

I haven't heard about the Z-LYTE kinase kit but I know the following companies offer very interesting products for Kinase targets:
Novartis(www.novartis.com)has a kinase inhibitor called: Gleevec.
Axxima Pharmaceuticals (www.axxima.com) and DiscoveRx ( www.discoverx.com) have similar products.
