Hello!

Ive a problem with the product that Im freeze-drying.
The problem is that even Im obteining a good apareance of the final product, without collapse or meltback or another problem, when the analytical team, analyse my product there is a loss of the active constituent. The analyse of active constituent in the solution before freeze drying is 100% ,but after the process, in the reconstituted product is 96%.
Do you have any idea why?

You should feel you are very lucky that you did not lose more activity. Is this product a protein?

if you obtain 96% then you are doing a very good job.

Its not uncommon to have only 50% or even less...
