I like to know about the recording chamber for microelectrode techniques (not patch clamp). I do not know if I can use the similar recording chamber (a petri dish) to patch clamp recording for recording APs from papillary muscle or Purkinje fibre. Without enough oxygen bubbling, the muscle might be in the ischemic condition, resulting in showing a shorter action potential. Where can people find a suitable recording chamber? Thanks in advance.
