hi

I am new here and was hoping someone can help.

I am having issues correlating my microRNA microarray data with qPCR analysis. The miRs that appear regulated via micro array dont show any change in CT values when tried individually by qPCR (have tested 5 so far).

I use the Taqman probes of ABI for qPCR. There is amplification as the standard plot is nice.

I was wondering if anyone else has noticed this? Is this something specific to microRNAs? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

SK
