Hi all,
Before eluting proteins from G-beads I am using 50mM Ammonium Bicarbonate.
Some how I still get some background after running it on MassSpec.
Do any one of you got another method of washing the beads before the elution.

I managed to find a solution.
I wash the beads once with the lysis buffer before washing with Ammonium Bicarbonate. Nearly noo background.
