does anyone of you know how to degradate PEG ?

my prob: i've got a protein which is PEGylated @ some Aminoacids... now i want to get rid of the PEG.....

Maybe with some Enzymes who cut @ Etherbounds? (but which one, and where can i purchase them?^^)

Noop. There is no known enzyme can cut it. If you are lucky and have a degradable bond between PEG and your protein, such as a disulfide linkage, you may separate the two. Otherwise, there is no chance.
