I am currently using the RCDC kit from Biorad for protein quantitation. The kit is supposed to work in the presence of both reducing agent and detergent.
Well, I am experiencing some troubles. If anybody is using this kit, his/her suggestions will be more than welcome!
Some of my samples contain SDS and the pellet obtained after addition of Reag I and II does not dissolve in Reag A'. I tried to live the samples overnight, but this does not solve the problem.
Can you please write me your suggestions?
