If I am using ASO-PCR technique(Allele Specific Oligonucleotide PCR) for detecting mutations in BCR-ABL kinase domain, that lead to imatinib resistence in CML, how can I (screen)? cause it will be laborious to include all 70 mutations (or more) in practice.
