Hi

I am very new to SNP & LOH analysis, but i have inherited datasets regarding which has to be analyzed. Currently i can creat project and visualize groups but have to proceed with analysis of know genes to beign with, please let me know if any one of you familiar with how to start or any literature available to have better understnading of the analysis. Your time and help will be hightly appreciated.
