after ultracetrifuge,we reconstitute the lentivirus in PBS, and stored in -80 degree, without glycerol and cryovials. we foud the virus can not be conserved for one year without loss of transfection activity as we expected, after 2 moths storage, the virus can hardly transfected cells.
is there anyone who can tell me how to store lentivirus ? thanks!!!

The virus is extremely labile and storage conditions and time in storage will work together to decrease virus titer.
