Dear all ,
I screen the promoter of HTR1A gene about a family and found a Mutation site.
Then I use Dual Lusifearse Assay to observe the diifference between Wile and Mutation site and the result is expected!!!
Now I'm going to see is any different in vitro so I design probe for EMSA...
I want to know :
There is some difference between wile and Mutation type ...
How can I do to identified the Protein ???
