Dear colleagues,

Im looking for a scaffold protein (e.g. surface exposed protein or otherwise) for generation of an antibody-like library (realized by antibody mimicry and e.g. loop randomization).
Has anyone an idea which scaffold protein is suited for this approach?

Thanks for your collaboration and for your efforts,
Best, MK.

I am pretty sure, you already know the work of Andreas Plückthun or Arne Skerra.
I like the shapes of the structural subunit of PP2a or of RCC1.
