Hi everyone! Just thought I'd start this thread about your experiences with fluorescent antibody based detection technologies. These would include the regular TR/AF547 or Cy3/Cy5 based systems as well as the "far-red" dyes such as LiCORs IR700 and IR800, as well equipment/hardware used, background issues etc.
