I am currntly working on membrane proteins, having difficulty isolating them to be able to put them on an Ipg Strip for 2 d analysis. Any suggestions?

Lots of suggestions,
I first of all try the clean up kit of biorad with one sample
the catalog no. for the kit is :163-2130.
the question is wether when you run it in regular 1D sds do you get good results?
