hello, everybody.I am choosing antibody for IF.there is little that can be chosen from.My cell line is mouse fibroblast.I want to test the expression of alpha-smooth muscle actin. There is an mouse monoclonal antibody which suit me ( price and application). But will I be questioned when I publish it? OR is there any method to remove the nonspecific binding? There is also antibody which can apply in IHC ,but should it also works well with IF?
thanks
