High Molecular marker [View Printable]

Hi all, I am looking for a High Molecular marker above 200kDa. Should work in Tris-HCl 4-16% gels, and preferbly prestained. I found something from Invitrogen. But looking for other ideas? Guy

I found the "Sigma SDS6H2 Molecular Weight Marker (M.W. 30,000-200,000)
Contains a lyophilized mixture of the six following proteins: Carbonic Anhydrase, Bovine 29 kDa Albumin, Egg 45 kDa Albumin, Bovine 66 kDa Phosphorylase B, Rabbit 97.4 kDa β-Galactosidase, E. coli 116 kDa Myosin, Rabbit muscle 200 kDa

Thanks, The problem is that it goes up to 200kDa I am looking for something above it any other ideas?

Thanks, but once again to low. I prefer prestained and I think that pierce have got very good products but unfortonately I could not find any thing that will match my needs. Guy
