How Antiphospholipid antibody binds with cellular phospholipid? Please give any structural explanation. I know that a cofactor, Beta 2 glycoprotein 1 links the antibody and phospholipid. But in some condition antibody directly binds to phospholipid? How?

Its not possible for the antibodies to bind with lipids unless the cofacter is present. Lipoproteins can bind with such a antibodies.
