I am using the LIZ 600 ladder on the 3100 and the fragments beyond 500bp are missing or very weak. We have cleaned the 3100 intensively, replaced syringes and used a new batch of polymer. It still remains.
Does anyone know what I can do to resolve this.
Cheers :-)
