Hi All,
I am trying to cross link Ab to G-beads.
I got a protocol that uses DMP as a cross linker. Some how it dose not work for me. Using it gives me bad results.
I am looking for advices, protocols.

shouldn't the AB bind directly with protein G-beads? why crosslinker needed？
