Dear firends
I 'm using ConcanavalinA sepharose 4B affinity chromatography column for seperating of glycosilated receptor (in lysate)but I am confused by binding buffer and washing buffer .What is the difference between them ? Are both of them similar?

binding buffer and washing buffer should be basically the same,
actually, in most cases, you can use binding buffer as washing buffer.

there may be a difference between both, and it could be that the washing buffer has little bit more detergent.
