Hi...
I am new to Real time PCR. I run only two batches for HCV (qualitative & quatitative) for diagnostic purposes. I am new to PCR stuff. Can some body let me the knowledge base on web from where I can learn basics required to understand PCR and about PCR its self. I am having confusion in terms like housekeeping genes, Internal controls, data analysis, r and y values role, ct values, interpretation of results etc.

Thanks

I like Stratagene learning guides, they helped me a lot at beginning. http://www.stratagene.com/corecompproj/corecompmain.aspx?ccid=4
