I am fairly new to enzyme kinetics subject. Is there anyone who can help to understand this in a simpler way. I have been reading books i am not able to understand it very well.

I know the feeling, i feel the same way. I also only recently started doing enzyme assays and had no idea whatsoever about it all. What has helped though is running the assays and then trying to do the calculations from there. I am understanding more of it now. I jsut used a variety of text books and went to the back of each chapter and attempted some of the exercises.
