Can you pls send teh protocol for N-terminal sequenceing of a complex protein

I am little confused are you sending your protein off for N-terminal sequencing? or do you plan to do it yourself?

I would highly recommend sending it to one of many facilities throughout the world for N-terminal sequencing. The instrumentation is extremely cost prohibitive for the individual.

Most sequencing centers have their specific protocols on their website
