Hi Joseph,

It would be much easier for us to help you out if you provide more information in your queries. "analyse my data by netw" isn't very informative. What data? What is netw? What questions are you trying to ask your data?

There are many many different sequence alignment tools out there - it depends what exactly you need which is the most appropriate.

It seems like they are trying rather underhandedly to trick you into buying their alignment software..

Check to see exactly what the file format is that the NETW program accepts. Its likely that you will be able to take the output of another free program like ClustalW and manipulate it to make it work with NETW.

Alternatively, there are lots of other resource for dealing with SNPs, multiple alignments, and Phylogeny reconstruction
